A person who masturbates in a public place. This can be at school, in a store bathroom, in a car in a parking lot, etc. This person typically has a form of mental retardation and is frequently caught due to their loud moans and grunts.

Guy 1: Hey Steve did you hear about that templan that got suspended today?
Guy 2: O yea, Wood shop teacher caught him
Guy 1: Yea, When he went to hide it, he got his left testicle stuck in his zipper. They had to drive him strait to the hospital.

schizophrenic template

A poorly organized web site full of insane ramblings, usually centered on the page, which change the color, font size, and capitalization of words at random. They often contain irrelevant links and pictures, page-long alt tags, and animated backgrounds. Such sites tend to be about religion, aliens, conspiracy theories, and dead babies.

These people all seem to be using a standard schizophrenic template.
