Sundaroff

The act of laying off employees by abruptly cutting off their access unannounced in the dead of the night or while the employees are doing a video call on behalf of the company so that employees are caught unaware is called Sundar-Layoff of Sundaroff. This is usually done by puppet CEOs like Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai who have no real authority but go a step ahead to please their bosses through the reckless mode of layoffs.
