Attributed to a naturally funny person who can do absolutely anything, e.g. read the phonebook, and get a laugh.

Charles was really cracking me up with that story. It wasn't actually funny, just the way he said it was funny.

That's funny because... 

What people do on forums to piss off the original poster by copying there first post as there's. See example. It's best to keep all there spelling mistakes and swear words as a sidenote.

Original poster: ok guys today I was at the playground and I saw this huge fat guy eating a burger. Then I wlked over and was like your fat. It was funny.

What people say when they refuse to admit that a joke went over their head.

Guy 1: "Wow, the song Africa by Toto is so good, there is a continent named after it!"
Guy 2: "Oh my god you're a fucking idiot. The song is named after the continent."
Guy 1: "Dude, it was a joke."
Guy 2: "Jokes are supposed to be funny."
Guy 1: "It's okay. You can admit that the joke went over your head."

Kinda Funny, but not 

Something that is laughable, but on the other hand can be seriously painful physically or mentally.

Did you hear what happened to Joe, he got dumped five times in a row in two days it was kinda funny, but not.

I missed that last step and fell flat on the floor, it was kinda funny, but not. (while still in pain)

That's not funny 

A term first used by famous Tumblr user Rachel Linklater, "That is not funny" is a phrase said by a triggered person in response to an offensive joke. This is often followed up by the reasoning behind the un-funniness of the joke.

Bobby: I have crippling depression.
Rachel: That's not funny, my uncle commit suicide.
