Fucktard is an insult to people with intellectual disabilities, people we should respect and admire for their resilience and tenacity to navigate this life with ACTUAL physical and mental impedements! The real definition of fucktard is someone that is/was more fucking retarded than the most stupid person on Earth ever and even when they should know better!
Some examples of the most stupid people on Earth ever are: Adolf Hitler (massive fucktard), Saddam Hussein (super fucktard), Kim Jong Il (supreme fucktard) and Robert Mugabe ridiculous fucktard), to name a few!

Last week I went to a stand-up comedy show and the comedian spent the whole time roasting Donald Trump, calling him the World's dumbest Fucktard EVER! I didn't know the word Fucktard previously but when it was explained to me that such a person is of the lowest, worst intellectual / academic capacity ever however / except without any apparent mental damage / affliction, I couldn't stop laughing at how accurate the word was at describing Donald Trump with his apparent fucktardery! hahaha
