Sakura Haruno is the main female protagonist in the TV series/anime 'Naruto'. She was placed on a team with Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze and Sasuke Uchiha, tutored by Kakashi Hatake. She is shown to have an obsessive crush on Sasuke Uchiha; an emo loser who wants to kill his brother. After Sasuke leaves, she acquires one of the Legendary Sannin, Tsunade Senju, as her teacher. Even though she spent time working hard under her teacher, and became able to break things with her bare hands and heal almost everything, she remains a thirsty thot, who doesn't know how to control her emotions. She is frequently seen screaming at and bashing Naruto over the head for trivial reasons, showing that she doesn't know how to show manners or proper self-control.

Hashirama Senju stated that he has never seen strength like Sakura's while observing her fighting. He also said that her power may be greater than the power of Tsunade Senju, who at the time was considered the strongest kunoichi. According to statistics in the Naruto databooks, Sakura did in fact surpass Tsunade.
