Paper trails are useful with these types of people because they will project whatever they are doing onto you, always be the first to publish something of yours, never let them see or edit anything. Never tell them your plans, even something frivolous and simple like your intended outfits and favourite restaurants. Stay vague and go Grey Rock to survive. Do not let them interrogate you on your life, beliefs, plans, dreams, crushes etc.
