Brain Trust

A group of smart advisors. Used sarcastically to refer to a bunch of decision makers who are not wise.

The "Brain Trust" was the name given to a group of diverse academics who served as advisers to U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt during the early period of his tenure. The group acted as an informal Cabinet and was first suggested in March 1932 by Roosevelt's legal counsel Samuel Rosenman.
Joes Smith looks at his teenage boys doting over their unexploded fireworks, thinking this brain trust doesn't bode well for the future of his businnes.

brain punch

The feeling in your head that comes when you take in smoke that immediately changes your state of mind. If you weren't high before the brain punch, you will be after. If you were high before the brain punch, afterwards you'll have turned into a temporary vegetable.
Right as the gravity bong's smoke entered my chest, I felt my brain crash into my skull. I immediately fell into the closet that was behind me and was asleep before i fully hit the floor. I got brain punched.

Pirate Brain

When your brain is completely consumed by thoughts or pirates and pirating, often accompanied by thoughts of adventure and treasure-hunting. People with Pirate Brain can become obsessed, and even have constant dreams about pirates (or being one). It is often brought on by watching/reading large amounts of One Piece, or watching a Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
Guy 1: Man I had this dream last night where I was the best pirate in the world.
Guy 2: Sound like someone has a case of Pirate Brain...
