A combination of flexible and elastic.
It is used as an adjective or as a noun.

As an adjective it is used to describe things that are both flexible and elastic. Typically clothing or other fabric things. (Irregularly conjugated as flastixable)
As a noun it is used to restate how stretchy something is.

1: woah that shirt can really stretch!
2: oh yeah it's a flastix.
