An 600 x 800, blue message screen generated by a fatal error on a computer using a version of Windows prior to Windows 2000. This screen also closes the program you are using and makes you automatically lose all your unsaved data.

blue splash rash 

The subsequent rash one develops after dropping a load into a freshly cleaned honey-bucket. The lack of feces to break your sizable log's fall in the freshly pumped toilet allows the loaf to splash the blue chemical cocktail in the bottom up into your browneye, hence causing a rash.

Watch out Doug - they just pumped the honey-bucket. There's not the usual volcano of half-digested burritos from the landscapers in there to break the fall. You're just lookin' for a case of Blue Splash Rash.

Blue's Law

Blue's Law: This behavior occurs during a political debate, most likely, via the internet. When a conservative is over come by logic he/she/it falls back on their primal reptilian instinct of aggression and uses the term liberal in any way in order to deflate the value of an argument or the other debater(s).

As a discussion board thread increases on a conservative forum, the likelihood of this increases, much like Godwin's law.

The accused in question automatically wins the argument regardless of debate ability. The conservative is then laughed out of any gathering for being a simple minded twit.

Blue Falcon

Military synonym or code word for "Buddy Fucker". The guy who gets everyone else into trouble, sells out all his friends to higher ups, gets out of his duty, or gets away scotch free as all his friends get blamed. Military police are usually referred as Blue Falcons by other military occupational specialties.

Smith is such a god damn blue falcon for telling the platoon sergeant that I didn't show up for final formation.

Blue screen 

A screen designed to cut off the function of programs when your system sources are low. The screen tells you to either go back and wait for the program response, or to restart with Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

I exceeded my RAM limit, and the blue screen of death came up.
