Just because you've got Celtic roots and/or red hair and freckles, this does not mean that you should presume to be able to use your "luck of the Irish" strategy to weasel your way to undeserved gain or forgiveness --- generally speaking, Flaherty will get you nowhere!

This is when a woman or female thinks she deserves special recognition or privilege due to her feminality. Women who are leaders should not come across as wimpy but be emotional and psychological strong; they should be strong, determined and work just as hard as their male counterparts.
