Smuffling

To encase, or otherwise stuff ones penis and scrotum, a.k.a. junk, into a very tight pair of leather pants. Smuffling is expanded to mean any rough tucking or handling, by oneself or others, of said junk, ranging from mild smuffling to extreme, drag queen smuffling (may or may not involve surgical staples).

Smuffling is also extremely useful when attempting to defecate upon your own chest.

"I tried to shit on my own chest, but my balls get in the way. I might have to do some smuffling to do it."

a noun to describe a person or persons who shuffle their feet when they walk at a slow speed, causing pedestrian traffic, usually at the annoyance of people walking behind them. They also stop wherever they want, regardless if they are blocking a door, an escalator or entrance to a store/building.

"Hey, avoid that area,there are too many shufflers, we will never make our movie on time"

The short stride foot shuffle that you see commonly see bums performing around Portland Oregon , not To be confused with the Parkinson's Shuffle. To identify the PDX Shuffle first; look for the rubbing of the index fingers and thumbs together like they are asking for a penny, secondly; Often times shuffle and finger rub is accompanied by the smell of week old urine, fecal matter, and faint vocalizations of what sounds like the chanting of buddist monks.

The only thing I heard last night was the sound of the PDX shuffle
