A skeet Is a young person who is useless and Is always doing petty crimes such a stealing and loitering. They tend to smoke cigarettes and spit a lot. They dress like there gangster and tend not to wash. They say "watta at by" a lot and hang out in public places like malls and schools. The word skeet is used cause the only thing a skeet is good for is there skeet(sperm)
