An adult who's creepy/weird towards minors but hasn't exactly done anything to consider them as an actual pedophile.

Or someone's who's sexually attracted to child-like things, but hasn't actually been attracted to children.

Example 1: "Presley is 21 but making sexual jokes towards 14 year olds, she's like a pseudopedophile."

Example 2: "Dan is into DDLG and ageplay, what a pseudopedophile.."
