Pigulice

Pigulice (or Pigulicity) evolved from the portmonteaux of the Italian words for "Penguin" and "Lust". It refers to people who use a veil of professionality or expertise (the elegant "jacket" on a penguin) to hide the fact they're slacking (penguins are known for resting belly-down) or to deflect the blame for failing onto someone deemed "less professional"

I swear that guy should've been fired by now, his Pigulicity is so annoying.

Of course he didn't take the blame, that Pigulice would rather save his own image than get the job done.
