A perscription, schedule III, narcotic analgestic (pain killer)containing hydrocodone and acetaminophen (Tylenol). Hydrocodone is actually an opiate, like heroin, that gives an amazing euphoric body high but it's also very addictive (although not nearly as addictive as heroin). Norco is basically the same (better) as Vicodin and Lortab except that the ratio between hydrocodone:acetaminophen is much lower, making it much better for recreational use. Norco contains 7.5 mg or 10 mg of hydrocodone and 325 mg of acetaminophen. Acetaminophen, when taken in high doses (2,000+ mg) is very harmful to the liver.
