Get the mystic mochamug. Similar to the black lung, except this condition is when you are eating a desert with powdered cocoa on the top (like tiramisu or certain coffee style cakes) and you inhale some of the cocoa powder, causing a violent coughing fit.
Me: Wow this piece of tiramisu is huge
