A perk on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare that enables the user to incur extra damage without dying. Often used by the most homosexual of online gamers, Juggernaut users usually die after being shot 31 times, when most weapons only shoot 30 rounds.

Major enemy of: the headshot; the knife attack.

Major ally to: the noob tube; the random grenade.

Man one: I had that motherfucker dead but he's camping in corner with a SAW and Juggernaut.

a name for someone who overuses Juggernaut in the First person-shooter, call of duty 4. Juggernaut is the most annoying perk in the game with Martydom right behind it, allowing the player to DOUBLE their health. often annoying players the right to have a basic 1-hit kill or normal kill.
