I had a 10 hour shift at work today. 8 hours in I was like "Stick a fork in me. I'm done".

Fook is a variation of fuck. British people prononces fuck as fook. Fookin hell came from fucking hell. It is to show frustration or sometimes to laugh at something ridiculous.

when someone overdoes something... like taking a joke or comment to far... exaggerating something too much...

kid: "Yo that kid was so tall, he was like 8'9"..."
friend: "Nah, you're forcing it. He was like 6'1".

friend: "I was like 2 feet tall when I was 10 years old."
kid: "No, now you're forcing it... you were like 5'1"..."

Used when when someone is overacting to a subject or dressed in a strange fashion. A hard phrase to master forcing it is a interesting subject of conversation. When you you are forcing may be debated.
