Accusation Bias

A bias where one preemptively accuses an opponent of being a certain kind of person (racist, conspiracy theorist, radical, etc.) and then interprets everything they say through that accusatory lens. The accusation functions like a Miranda warning—everything you say can and will be used against you in the court of bias. Once the label is applied, no argument can be heard on its merits; everything confirms the accusation. The bias protects the accuser from having to engage, because the opponent has been pre-judged.
"He mentioned concerns about immigration. 'Racist!' she declared—and from that moment, everything he said confirmed it. Accusation Bias: the label as lens, the accusation as filter. He might have had valid points; they never got heard. The bias didn't just judge; it prevented judgment entirely. Miranda Bias: you have the right to remain silent—because anything you say will be used against you."

accufession

An accusation of specific wrongdoing, based purely on the fact (and thus indicative of the fact) that it is precisely what the accuser is doing himself (or would do if he could).
Q: Why does Biden whine about an (sic) stolen election?
A: Of all the Republican accufessions, this must rank as the most ridiculous I’ve seen yet. Almost as if it was generated by artificial imbecility.

Accusation=Confession

Psychological projection. Accusing an opponent of that which you yourself are guilty in the childish belief if you say it first you're safe. A standard ploy by republicans it does have some disturbing implications such as their enemies accused of eating cats and dogs, being cannibalistic pedophiles, being in the pay of Russian oligarchs etc.
When Trump accused Biden of being a "Manchurian Candidate" it was confession of his status as a Russian operative. This was the most glaring example of accusation=confession.

Accufession

An accusation with a projection that is also a confession.
Donald Trump calls Biden "Sleepy Joe," when it's actually Trump who can't stay awake in meetings. The epithet "Sleepy Joe" is an accufession. The word can also be used as a verb, as in "Donald Trump accufessed that Joe Biden falls asleep in meetings."

sideways accusation

A ad-hoc phrase, generally summoned by pedantic bullies attempting to ward away any valid criticism of their conduct. Its form is ineffable, but can be identified when curses spew from the conjurer's cowardly lips, unjustly redirected into another misdirection.

The term "sideways accusation" was first encountered in the wild on August 08, 2021. The user is likely unaware of the logical fallacies found within their checkerboard rhetoric, but such is the way of the errant phlyarologist, doomed to the gunwales ideology .
" This kind of sideways accusation is sleazy shit that can fuck right off." - Pedantic Jimmy
"The universe is an deserted aqueduct and I'm calling my mom to pick me up" - Napoleon H. Chirst
"Get someone else to partake in your downward exoneration, because my boots won't stand for it!" - See, Anyone Can Do It!
