A term people who don't know anything about transgender people use to define transgender people.

The religious group Deeply Closeted Christians of America referred to transgenderism as the greatest threat to their moral superiority.

A concise word for referring to anything and everything within and behind the state, experience, theory, ideology, perspective, premise, perspective, belief, philosophy, etc, of that which is, was, or can be "transgender".

It is simply the corollary of words like "homosexuality", "gayness", "lesbianism", or "bisexuality".

The word itself has no positive or negative implication. Anyone who tells you that it does, is an overreactive activist.

I'm so tired of arguments online over transgenderism.

Transgender

Being transgender is when you do not identify as cisgender/the gender you were assigned at birth. Despite popular belief, being transgender does not always mean you identify with the opposite gender you were born as. Transgender is actually a very wide umbrella term for other gender identities such as non-binary, agender, demigirl, demiboy etc. Transgender people are completely valid, after all they can’t help being transgender. You don’t choose your identity, it is what you feel like you are at heart. Trans people are completely valid and beautiful, and there’s nothing wrong with them. No, being trans isn’t a choice. No, you don’t just do it for the sake of being an attention whore (, if somebody FAKES being trans for attention that’s a problem) And i’m guessing this is gonna get a big amount of dislikes bcs a very big population of urban dictionary’s users are assholes who can’t bring themselves to understand the before pre-school concept of not disrespecting others just because of their differences
