AFK-Bandit-Training

On the MMORPG RuneScape, in the southern part of the Kharid Desert likes a Bnaidt camp. There many higher levelled players go there to train on them by wearing a piece of clothing/armour of Saradomin/Zamorakian descent, which provokes the Bandits into attacking them at will, which, in case, leaves them the ability to sit there and do nothing, except for click every few minutes to stop themsleves from logging out.

Donny3210 - "Dude, Karimbo, did that guy Pest Control his combat stats??"

Karimbo_4765 - "No, the faggot used AFK-Bandit-Training."

Donny3210 - "Hah! Pussy."

over-training

When exercising, you push your body to hard and it stops functioning properly. When you are exercising such as weight training, jogging or swimming and you suddenly crap out. You were experiancing aches and pains, but you thought they were just normal "after exersice" pains. It starts out with you working out and trying to push your limits, but then as each workout progresses you slowly feel like you cannot catch your breath, have no appetite (brutal, I know), feel like doing nothing at all (ever), no sex drive, cannot sleep, and you cannot think straight (instead you think gay). Then you one day you cannot get out of bed or you have no energy to "do" everyday life. Feels like life has no point, but you cannot to anything about it.

I said, "John's a freak, man. He only started working a month ago and he's already lifting more than his body weight. He is building muscle like crazy, but he is not getting enough sleep and he is pushing himself to the limit every workout."
John's friend, 'That's rough. Just heard he is laid up in bed with something the doctors said was over-training because he was working to hard. S#!$, man"

Training Clutch

The clutch on a manual transmission that is inevitably worn out well before it should be by the inexperienced driver who operates it. This is normally the first clutch that the driver will have ever operated, however, in some cases drivers (female) will go through two or even three clutches before either learning proper operation of the vehicle or scurrying back to an automatic transmission.

The three key bad habits of a person operating a training clutch are as follows:
1. Using the clutch and gas pedal on a hill instead of the center pedal.
2. Excessive use of the clutch while starting in 1st gear or shifting gears. This action causes the engine to rev high (4000rpm) until the clutch is released to the engine bogging at a low RPM.
3. Releasing the clutch too quickly causing the vehicle to stall.

Stopped on a hill at a red light Bob turns to Chris and says "Hey man, why is your engine wound out to 4000RPM?"
Chris replies "Dude, I'm riding the clutch so we don't roll backwards!"
Bob can't believe his ears and blurts out "Woah, Training Clutch!"
