Streamer

A member, participant or onlooker, sometimes called a friend or follower, in an online user's social media community. Such communities are often seen and referred to as a 'stream' of people and information flowing by. If they are frequently seen in the stream, and considered in good standing, the streamer might be additionally labeled a citizen of the stream—or "streamizen."

They met on AOL, and Roxann followed him to Twitter. She was one of a few of his streamers who became a trusted friend.

comfort streamer

an infantilizing concept created as of recently that didn't exist prior to the weird dream stans. a comfort streamer is a streamer that the audience doesn't view as a person trying to make an income creating content and rather as a streamer who exists primarily to comfort the viewers bc they are depressed and sad. basically, a bad alternative to therapy.

Comfort Streamer

Type 1: Someone you love to watch that puts a smile on your face because their calm and comforting...
Or Type 2: someone who is loud, annoying, obnoxious and cringe that you say is your comfort streamer just because your cringe and obsessed. Type 3: someone who's OK in general, but you and other people in their fan-base force the title on them, and you and those people ruin the streamer's content.

Hacking de la chaine de stream d'un utilisateur, cela résulte à une personne qui stream sur la chaine d'un autre utilisateur sans son accord (en ayant piraté son compte twitch par exemple).
Ce terme est très souvent déformé pour expliquer un phénomène d'anti-jeu qui est de regarder le stream de son adversaire pour en connaitre ses coups et pouvoir donc les anticiper.
