staudinger

A staudinger is someone who purposely gets lost in order to escape everyone who loves him. He makes plans with his friends and then goes missing for weeks or months without contact with anyone. Even the police have to look for him. When he returns, he gets an attitude with everyone who cares about him as if he did nothing wrong.

A: Don't be a staudinger (said to someone who goes missing).

B: Why don't you just go staudinger and get lost.

Derek is a great guy. He is a wonderful friend and wonderful hockey player. He dresses in all the best clothes and wears a cool C on his hockey uniform. Everyone on the team wants to be as good as Derek. Derek Steudler also gets all the girls because of his looks. Everyone in the school wishes they could be Derek Steudler, but nobody even come close to him
