When the limits of a project are expanded by a client

I was going to make a simple web site but my client held a gun to my head and now I'm making a cell phone app that is also a bomb guided gps with and mapped with klm files via the google earth application interface. You need a gun sometimes to defend against scope creep.

schpaa

A word brought to Norway by the pakistani "townies". Now a common word amongst teenages. Means something along the lines of good, fine, hot, foxy, cool.
Is also the name of a film, but with one more 'a' added: Schpaaa. Which was how the word was originally spelled.

Schpaa kæbe! - hot babe! .. "kæbe" being another pakistani word.

quick scope

A person who quick scopes will use a sniper rifle, but instead of aiming down the scope like sniper riffles were made for, they exploit a feature and shoot when the cross hairs meet, resulting in a one hit kill, despite the fact a majority of the time the cross hairs miss the target. Then when somebody uses a sniper riffle for what it was meant for and look down the scope, the people who quick scope yell at the player who looked down the scope and call them a "hard scoper"

I would like to see those quick scope kids go to Afghanistan and try quick scoping.

no-scope

A term used in first person shooter gaming; to kill a player with a rifle-type weapon without using the scope.

I swear that guy no-scoped me by accident.
