gutta rat

1.) A usually derogatory term used to describe a person (mainly female) who is from the hood.
2.) A ghetto person. It is commonly used by snobby people or by other gutta rats to try and demean each other.

Nera: You ain't nothin' but a low class gutta rat. You live in the projects!!
Shanetta: Bitch you live next door, yo ass a gutta rat too!!!!

Adding a high-class or 'bling' element to something that is naturally low-class (or vice versa). Derived by combining ghetto and fabulous. Is usually used in a sarcastic manner, although can simultaneously connote a small amount of respect.

"Check out that beat-up '88 Honda Civic with neon running lights and rotating hub caps. That's ghettabulous."

"I can't wait to get a ambient light plasma screen TV and crystal chandelier to add to my trailer home. It'll be ghettabulous."

"Getta" is a term given to an MKIV Jetta with Golf front end. Basicly, take the Golf front end, which includes Hood, Fenders, Bumper, Grille and Headlight, then install it in a Jetta. And you got yourself a nice Getta
