The root of the word, is "cousin", followed by "aeneous", like "spontaneous" but the suffix transitions with an "a e". Couzzle: compound pronoun (i think) combining the two words "cousin", and "puzzle" term for a person or group of people related due to inbreeding, whether it be severe generational deformation, or merely a chance distant relation among peers
