Bushwhack

When someone starts to praise a president's policies, but then performs an about-face and ridicules the President. Often used in reference to news programs.

Can be used as a verb: Bushwhacked, Bushwacking; or as an adjective: Bushwhacked

Person in bar: Can you believe that commentator. Talking about Obama's policies positively, only to turn around again and bash him.

Bartender: Yeah, he totally just Bushwhacked the shit out of him.

A term describing Democrats and liberals frustrated to the point of seeming madness by the repeated re-elections of both George W. Bush and Republicans — despite ceaseless attempts to demonize them in the news media, colleges, Hollywood and various other hotbeds of liberal thought.

"Al Gore is so Bushwhacked, he's gone over to Saudi Arabia and accused the U.S. of systematically torturing and falsely imprisoning Saudi citizens here in the United States, just for an excuse to take a swipe at Bush."
