Slang term that refers to highly liberal college students who will protest anything pro-left and anti-establishment at a drop of a hat. If you have a cause, they'll bitch about it to students just trying to get through the Quad to go to class.

Pro-choice, legalization of marijuana, global warming, Wal-mart, and the WTO are popular choices for their rants.

Activist Annies are so annoying that they have the power to make me dislike causes I actually support.

Activity Weekend

A list of crazy/ fun/ daring/ drunken activities to be executed over one insane weekend. Make a list. Check it twice. Have a drunk ass weened, it will be nice.

Examples: Write a rap song, shotgun a tall can, answer a sex ad on Criagslist. You know, the usual.

Yo man what should we do this weekend?

National Activity Day

National Activity Day, or NAD, is an awesomeness-based organization for outdoor activities in San Francisco's Fort Mason park (previously Moscone Park). Participants, known as NADders, exude genetic magnificence and are often mistaken for ninjas by onlookers. During their weekly meetings during the months of March to November, they can be seen engaging in such activities as: ultimate frisbee, soccer, supporting local Round Table Pizza establishments, and sitting in circles indian-style to discuss awesomeness and how good at it they are. New participants are welcomed openly, provided that they possess a satisfactory level of absurdity and tolerance for sarcasm.

Mouse-Click Activism

Political and social action through activities such as signing Internet petitions, clicking on "click to give" sites such as The Hunger Site, posting the color of your bra on Facebook as a way to raise awareness of breast cancer. Arguably either pointless and self-indulgent or tech-savvy, next gen activism.

Two typical examples of mouse-click activism: The Hunger Site, where advertisers agree to contribute funds towards food relief based on the number of clicks per day on the site. Each visitor can be counted for only one click per day. Results are reported each day in number of cups of food for which funds were raised by clicks that day. An example of an Internet petition is one started in Shropshire, UK to protest road tolls, which obtained more than 1 million sign-ons.
