A milder version of the term Retard, used for people in team games who made bad decisions in game, or have done something (extremely) stupid.

It's used by people who do jokes often or used by people who's parents dont like slurs/swears.

A little retard that likes to pick on women, or reposting and photoshopping their pics til they leave a forum or bulletin board, turning it into a sausagefest. And then changing the subject of every conversation to homosexuality.
