Smartacle

Adjective; the term smartacle is derived from the word smart, and testical. Often believed to be a praising or blessing, it is actually a well know fact that it’s deep roots got back to the medieval times describing a wise wizards baby bloomers.

Often used in accidental cases such as

“I am so smartacle” with most not knowing the real meaning behind the phrase
Look at her drinking her mochalattefrappecinno, she is so smartacle

Smartage

Basically smartage is a state of mind, that you reach by being dumb, incompetent or just simply stupid.
It is basically the opposite of being smart (eventhough the name might imply otherwise).
A good play of words would also be shortage that you could associate with a brain short circuit, which in other words would then lead to smartage.
- *Friend says dumb stuff* -> "You have just reached smartage"
- *Something stupid happends* -> "Smartage"

2. Shocking Articles! Pieces so surprising or scandalous they give the reader a start.
3. A student lawyer ‘starting his articles,’ is beginning a stage of postgraduate training for his law degree. He is therefore doing his 'starticles'
