An effeminate male, usually queer. The word has unfortunately become used interchangeably with slurs for the lgbtq+ community in recent times.

Twinks are usually:

Young

Without body hair

Skinny / no muscle

Gay (but not always)

"Sassy" or "bimbo" like.
