Powell Syndrome is a genetic disorder caused by an abnormality of
gene 611P79 on chromosome
18. It controls
two important facets of personality development:
- The ability of the subject to question who someone thinks they are.
- The ability of the subject to explain to someone else just who they are dealing with.
Unlike other chromosome
18 syndromes, Powell Syndrome does not cause suffering in the subject, but is actually a contagion
felt only by those in the immediate vicinity of the carrier.
