A state reached after gooning for a prolonged amount of time. Similar to hypnosis, you become one with the goon. A stiff breeze or a sudden movement will be enough to make you cream cheese all over the place.

Teacher: Brayden is in the back of the class with his eyes rolled back and his lip quivering, I think he’s in a state of goontosis.
