when one is very upset with a current popsicle licker that goes to the bathroom, leaving the other person alone with their popsicle, and that person decides to rub the popsicle all over his/her pubic region.

pre-pubescent scream
a very highly annoying scream or yell from a kid in their pre teen age, who makes a horrible high pitched victory screech..
prepubescent screamer: "HOLY SHIT, I JUST GOT THE NUKE....YESSSSS NUKE!!"
person 2: "OMFG, what that aweful noisy?, did a cat just die?"
