Awkward-Thumbitis 

An imaginary disease which one contracts when they cannot spell due to awkward thumbs. It usually occurs in adolescents, as such individuals simply cannot spell! When one is texting and they misspell a word accidentally, this is when Awkward-Thumbitis occurs.
Person 1: hey, what u foim tonight?
Person 2: what??
Person 1: dammit! *doin I have awkward-thumbitis!!
