Synonomous with the word deuchebag. Anyone can be considered a kuzmyak, pull a kuzmyak, or make a kuzmyak move.

Jake: "Yo dude, why is Justin such an asshole sometimes?"

Mark: "I dont know man, he can be a real kuzmyak some time."
