A person who is seen as really cool/ likeable; A "Handsome Devil" if you will. Vanilla- derived from the english streeet term for one of the caucasian race. Sugar- thought of to be sweet and addictive. Vanilla Sugar can be a title, verb or simple adjective. Also referred to as V-Sugs.
