Basic exclamation to follow any given statement. It is the evolved progression of the over used expression "Oh my god". Does not bear any religious significance.
Person 1: "Hey, the pizza delivery guy says he's going to take over an hour, and I'm freakin starving man!!"
Person 2: "Oh my jihad!"

"Oh My God Jihyo" is an expression used commonly by kpop fanatics (specifically Twice) that uses the expression "Oh My God" but in their fandom which in this expression being the KPop group Twice in this case being their leader Park Jihyo. There are also other expressions like this but in different groups i.e. BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan 방탄소년단) being "Oh My Namjesus" from their leader Kim Namjoon and BlackPink (브라크핀크) being "Oh My Jisoos" from their lead vocalist Kim Jisoo.
