Ijebusonma is an Igbo word which is gotten from ‘Ije’ meaning Journey and ‘Sonma’ meaning Beauty. In this context we say that Ijebusonma means the journey is so beautiful. Igbos usually refers to a very beautiful young woman as Sonma or Chioma. These ladies are very attractive, sympathetic, intelligent and intellectual individuals with a sole purpose to achieve in life

As Frank and Christine were on their road trip to Delta state they both said ‘Ijebusonma’ because the journey was so smooth and beautiful.
