Stouched or sex touched is the tap, scoop or grope type of touch from a man to a woman when walking past them while the woman is unaware of the mans awesome foreplay technique. After a day of partying, you have at least one friend who may have just had too much fun with alcohol. As a good friend, you make sure that friend is taken care of.
