A way to call both target and the target's parents stupid, these poor creatures are what results when their halfwit parents multiplied.

They typically cannot understand what the term "quarterwit" means, since they don't understand how fractions are multiplied.

Watching their interactions quickly gives them away due to their severe lack of intelligence and a stunted ability to communicate with text.

quarterlife 

Quarter life refers to reaching the age of 25.

As in welcome to the quarter century club, a quarter of your life has expired and you have entered the quarterlife crisis. This is about the time you start to realize the clock is ticking. You may have applied yourself 100% to get exactly where you are and perhaps suddenly, perhaps gradually, come to feel it is truely not where you really want to be or who you have become.

A Jewish ninja skilled in the art of silently swiping pocket change from unsuspecting Japanese pachinko players. Often wearing a yarmulke and reeking of gefilte fish, quarterninjas are usually unsuccessful in their endeavors.

Hikaru: What the hell? I think a masked Jew just stole a quarter from me!

Ichiro: Yeah bro, you gotta watch out for those quarterninjas. They would steal a parking meter if it wasn't attached to the curb!
