Man 1: I see that you have all the ingredients to make enchiladas.

Man 2: Yes, right now they are just potenchiladas.

Woman 1: All we have to eat in the house are potenchiladas.
Woman 2: How long will it take to turn them into enchiladas, I'm starving?

The word is potential without the -ial. It is meant to be used with uttermost respect and passion. You can use it anyway you want to fill the void of potential.
