The combination of the words, 'cunt + cringe + crazy'. All three flavours of idiocy that is painful to watch or be in close proximity with.
This word is suitable to be used when a situation or someone displays the traits of a crazy cunt being cringe.

"Crutzy" is very useful especially when the word cunt just doesn't cut it anymore.

Dave was being really crutty focussing on his job & what he had to do. He was rushing about all over very quickly but getting the job done with positivity, kindness & with great nice service, & in a fun way with s smile upon his face.
