A complete prick, who spouts incomprehensible right wing garbage, and generally misses the point - a lot. Also has other known aliases, such as Vintage Claret; Firestarter; Bonham and Drill.

"To pull a Droopsy" would be to say something extremely right wing that made no sense. It may or may not have been intentional.

"LF is a fascist who should be kicked out of the country because he's Argentinian."

Droopy 

Droopy is the name of a cartoon dog created in 1943 by Tex Avery and featured in a number of animated short movies produced by the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer cartoon studio. Originally he did not have a name and was then called Happy Hound before being named Droopy in 1949.

Droopy's meek, deadpan voice and personality were modeled after the character Wallace Wimple on the radio comedy Fibber McGee and Molly; actor Bill Thompson, who played Wimple, was the original voice of Droopy.

Droopy Sock 

A condom that won't stay skin tight against a turgid male phalus due to a lack of penile girth. In the case of a droopy sock, penile length is meaningless and the condom sags down the shaft like an old sock with the elastic worn out.
