“Drunk off your ass”; having a difficult time walking and/or speaking coherently (can sometimes only say “AHHH AHHHHHH AHHHHHH”) as a result of heavy alcohol imbibement. Someone who is at this point can be nicknamed “Todgerman” or “Todgerwoman” as though they have become a drunk alter ego/superhero-type character.

Man, after 5 of those double martinis last night I was todgered!

Another way to refer to pitbulls or any large breed of dog, typically those with an aggressive stigma attached to them, or is otherwise not well behaved.
Pitbulls are particularly well known for mercing small children when unattended.
