Bourbon dynasty 

Most inept monarchial dynasty in the history of Europe. They were thrown out of power and executed during the French Revolution, restored by foreign powers, only to be thrown out of power again. Though they still rule in Spain, having been restored after being thrown out of power(again), more often when one refers to a Bourbon dynasty, they refer to a franchise such as the Cleveland Browns or Winnipeg Jets, teams that left the league because they were not competitive enough, only to be later restored.

The Winnipeg Jets are nothing more than a Bourbon dynasty.

bourbon junkie

A type of person that constantly searches for hard to find newly released bourbons that haven’t yet reached the liquor stores. These people will scour the face of the earth for hard to find bourbon. They constantly bother store employees for bourbons that are “special” just to find out that the store doesn’t carry the bourbon yet.

These damn bourbon junkies keep coming into my store demanding bourbon names I never even heard of yet. I wish they would get a life.
