adjective, something that is so awesome that you simply cannot think of one word to describe it. Usually added before the use of another adjective describing the coolness of the topic at hand.

side note:
ly(freakin) can be added to the end of the word to make it fit into different situations of a sentence.

Pathetically Awesomelier 

When someone's innate abilities is misconstrued or misrepresented as being pathetical(sp) behavior, but in actuality these abilities make them more awesome than the average awesome person (hence the "-lier" at the end thar).
