understood condition characterized by elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) that disrupts the normal blinking reflex and reduces the
individual’s ability to disengage from visual stimuli. This results in prolonged staring, delayed blinking, and
difficulty shifting attention away from immersive environments such as screens, books, or real-world visual scenes.
