Someone that has the ability to speak to themselves in their mind without saying the words out loud.

Do you have an internal monologue? I am just trying to see if you are neurovocal or not.

Someone who has an overactive internal monologue.

I have attention deficit disorder so I tend to be hyperneurovocal

Someone who has a suppressed/absent internal monologue.

I can not hear my thoughts because I am a hyponeurovocal.
