New England Region

Located in the Northeastern corner of the country. Most beautiful area in the United States. Short drive to the city, beach and mountains. You can actually see and feel all 4 seasons. People in this region are well educated and have well paid jobs. They have the best schools in the nation and are filled with preppy men and women. Most people in this area are die-hard Red Sox fans, while also being home to the Patriots, Celtics and Bruins.

Northwest Indiana, generally Lake and Porter counties but some purists believe it's only parts of Lake county, and some losers from LaPorte county call themselves regionites. People from the region are generally left-leaning, blue-collar people as opposed to downright hicks (e.g. the rest of Indiana).

crapital region 

A term used for the region around Albany, New York, for describing its washed-up, has-been (if it isn't actually a never-was, never-will-be) nature and unsuitability as a place to grow up, raise a family or grow old. The trash is whiter than the snow. The guidos/guineas/wops rival those in NYC for inability to be severed from their families. Most whites are actually at least as racist and/or homophobic as the stereotypical Southern white. The school districts are overwhelmingly segregated. If I could go back in time, be reborn elsewhere and never live in the Crapital Region, I would make that choice right now. Remember that Albany is an anagram for "by anal," which is how you take it when you live in the Crapital Region.

Crapital Region residents think the world revolves around them. Last I checked, it revolved around the sun.

Not sure why ANY ostensible global superpower would concede to claiming occupation of the Ukraine dumbass region as a benchmark for military superiority.
